Parts and components for hydraulic systems は、加圧液体を通じて動力を伝達する油圧回路を構成する機械的・流体処理・制御要素です。プラスチック加工機械では、injection molding machines、blow molding equipment、presses、クランプユニット、射出ユニットなどで高い力密度と精密なモーションコントロールを実現します。
主要コンポーネント
- 油圧ポンプ: 機械エネルギーを油圧エネルギーに変換します。
- 油圧シリンダ・モータ: 油圧を直線・回転運動に変換します。
- 制御バルブ: 方向・圧力・流量を調整します。
- リザーバ・フィルタ・クーラ: 流体の貯蔵・清浄・温度管理を担います。
- ホース・配管・継手: 各コンポーネントを接続します。

プラスチック機械での役割
射出成形機では、型締め、射出、エジェクタ、コア引きなどの高力動作に油圧が利用されます。ブロー成形機や熱成形機、押出ラインのスクリーンチェンジャーや補助装置にも油圧部品が使われます。
技術動向
最近の油圧システムは、可変容量ポンプ、比例制御バルブ、サーボドライブ、状態監視センサ、ハイブリッド電気油圧アーキテクチャを統合し、エネルギー効率・静粛性・メンテナンス性を向上させています。
