परिचय

धूल और धुआं निष्कर्षण प्रणालियाँ इंजीनियर की गई वायु-शुद्धिकरण संस्थापन हैं जिनका उपयोग हवाई कणों, धुएं, वाष्पों और प्रक्रिया-जनित धुओं को स्रोत पर या उसके निकट कैप्चर करने, फिर वायु प्रवाह से प्रदूषकों को अलग करने के लिए किया जाता है इससे पहले कि वायु को बाहर छोड़ा जाए या कार्यस्थल में पुनः प्रसारित किया जाए। प्लास्टिक प्रसंस्करण में, ये कन्वेइंग, कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, पेलेट हैंडलिंग, regrind तैयारी, एडिटिव डोजिंग और ट्रिम रिमूवल से धूल को नियंत्रित करने के साथ-साथ एक्सट्रूजन, थर्मोफॉर्मिंग और कुछ कंपाउंडिंग ऑपरेशंस जैसे गर्म प्रक्रियाओं से धुओं के लिए आवश्यक हैं।

ये प्रणालियाँ आमतौर पर तीन कार्यों के आसपास बनाई जाती हैं: कैप्चर, कन्वे और कलेक्ट। कैप्चर हुड्स, एक्सट्रैक्शन आर्म्स, एनक्लोजर्स या डाउनड्राफ्ट सतहों के माध्यम से होता है; कन्वेयंस डक्टवर्क और पंखों द्वारा संभाला जाता है; और कलेक्शन कार्ट्रिज फिल्टर्स, बैग फिल्टर्स, साइक्लोन्स, वेट स्क्रबर्स या हाइब्रिड स्टेजेस का उपयोग करके कण आकार, तापमान, चिपचिपाहट और विस्फोट जोखिम के आधार पर प्राप्त किया जाता है। आधुनिक संयंत्रों में, वही प्रणाली ऊर्जा रिकवरी, फिल्टर्ड एयर रीसर्कुलेशन और दबाव ड्रॉप, फिल्टर लोडिंग और रखरखाव योजना के लिए डिजिटल मॉनिटरिंग का भी समर्थन कर सकती है।

प्लास्टिक निर्माण के भीतर, धूल और धुआं निष्कर्षण उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, ऑपरेटर स्वास्थ्य, हाउसकीपिंग और प्लांट सुरक्षा से निकटता से जुड़ा है। महीन धूल पेलेट्स और तैयार भागों को दूषित कर सकती है, जबकि धुएं और अल्ट्राफाइन कण इनडोर वायु गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं और प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्रों में अनुपालन बोझ बढ़ा सकते हैं। तकनीक उच्च फिल्ट्रेशन दक्षता, कम विशिष्ट ऊर्जा खपत, स्रोत पर बेहतर कैप्चर और ऑटोमेशन और इंडस्ट्री 4.0 रखरखाव प्रणालियों के साथ smarter एकीकरण की ओर विकसित हो रही है।

इतिहास और विकास

औद्योगिक धूल संग्रहण पहले कार्यस्थल की सफाई में सुधार और उपद्रव उत्सर्जन को कम करने के साधन के रूप में विकसित हुआ, फिर प्रक्रिया वेंटिलेशन और व्यावसायिक सुरक्षा इंजीनियरिंग की एक औपचारिक शाखा में परिपक्व हुआ। प्रारंभिक प्रणालियाँ सरल सेटलिंग चैंबर्स, साइक्लोन्स और फैब्रिक फिल्टर्स पर निर्भर थीं, जबकि बाद के डिजाइनों ने पल्स-जेट क्लीनिंग, कॉम्पैक्ट कार्ट्रिज मॉड्यूल्स और स्रोत कैप्चर के लिए उद्देश्य-निर्मित लोकल एग्जॉस्ट वेंटिलेशन जोड़े।

• फैब्रिक फिल्ट्रेशन और बैगहाउसेस ने भारी धूल भार के लिए उच्च-दक्षता कैप्चर स्थापित किया और बड़े-वॉल्यूम औद्योगिक निष्कर्षण के लिए व्यापक रूप से उपयोग किए जाते हैं।
• कार्ट्रिज कलेक्टर्स और पल्स-जेट क्लीनिंग ने कॉम्पैक्टनेस और स्वचालित फिल्टर पुनर्जनन में सुधार किया, जिससे अंतरिक्ष-सीमित संयंत्रों में उच्च-प्रदर्शन धूल नियंत्रण व्यावहारिक बना।
• स्रोत-कैप्चर धुआं निष्कर्षण आर्म्स और बेंचेस ने अवधारणा को परिवेशीय सफाई से लक्षित निष्कर्षण तक विस्तारित किया, जो विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण है जहां धुएं या महीन एरोसोल वर्कस्टेशन पर उत्पन्न होते हैं न कि पूरे कमरे में।
