- 引入带夹紧梁和折叠梁的机械化折叠机，相比手工成型可实现更均匀的折弯、减少操作力并提高重复性。

传统的折叠机沿折弯线夹紧板材，然后抬起或旋转折叠梁以形成法兰。这种“夹紧、抬起”原理特别适合长边和大面板，因为主板材在成型过程中保持支撑。
面板折弯机遵循类似逻辑，但通常使用更自动化的定位和工具运动，以减少手动翻转即可成型毛坯的多个边缘。这对于需要可重复正交性和严格边缘控制的柜体、外壳、货架和其他箱型部件非常有价值。
边缘修边机用于去除成型或模塑后多余的材料、毛边、粗糙边缘或不均匀周界。在塑料和模塑纤维加工中，此步骤对尺寸一致性、配合度和表面质量至关重要。

- 转子或刀片速度：使用旋转刀具时，刀片速度的选择需平衡切割质量、热量产生和磨损；较高速度可提高产能，但若工具或进给不匹配，则可能降低边缘质量或造成热损伤。确切转子速度因设计和材料而异，来源间并不一致。
