소개
플라스틱 가공에서의 크기 감소 장비는 스크랩, 규격 외 제품 및 벌크 폴리머 원료를 재사용, 세척, 밀도화 또는 후속 재처리를 위해 더 작고 관리하기 쉬운 입자로 기계적으로 분쇄하는 기계를 말합니다. 플라스틱 산업에서 주요 기계군은 파쇄기, 과립기(일부 공장 용어에서는 분쇄기라고도 함), 그리고 더 미세한 용도의 분쇄기/밀이며, 이들은 일반적으로 거친 감소, 균일한 플레이크 생산, 미세 분쇄가 순차적으로 이루어지도록 단계적 시스템으로 배열됩니다.
이 기계들의 구분은 주로 기능적입니다. 파쇄기는 벌크, 불규칙 또는 공급이 어려운 재료를 저속 고토크로 처리하며, 과립기는 고속 절단과 사이징 스크린을 사용하여 더 균일한 재분쇄물 또는 플레이크를 생산합니다. 분쇄기는 산업 용도에서 다소 광범위하고 때로는 모호한 위치를 차지하지만, 플라스틱에서는 세척 또는 재압출 전에 제어된 입자 크기가 필요한 경질 스크랩 및 두꺼운 벽 부품에 흔히 사용됩니다.
이 장비는 플라스틱 재활용, 공장 내 재작업 및 폐기물 최소화의 핵심이며, 그 설계는 에너지 효율, 먼지 제어, 자동화, 내마모성 및 순환 경제 처리 라인과의 호환성과 같은 우선순위를 점점 더 반영하고 있습니다. 미래 개발은 더 높은 처리량의 재활용 시스템, 더 나은 나이프 및 로터 야금, 더 정밀한 입자 크기 제어, 세척·건조·운반·선별 기술과의 긴밀한 통합에 의해 형성되고 있습니다.
역사와 개발
크기 감소의 광범위한 공학 개념은 플라스틱 가공보다 훨씬 이전이며, 분쇄기, 분쇄기, 초미세 분쇄기 및 절단 기계를 포함한 단위 조작군으로 재료 공학에서 공식화되었습니다. 20세기 중반 플라스틱이 주요 산업 재료가 되면서 동일한 기계 원리가 폴리머 스크랩에 적용되었으나, 블레이드 기반 절단 형상, 낮은 오염 민감도, 분말이 아닌 플레이크에 적합한 배출 스크린으로 조정되었습니다.
주요 이정표는 스프루, 러너 및 성형 스크랩을 가공 라인으로 직접 되돌릴 수 있는 균일한 재분쇄물로 변환하기 위한 고속 과립기의 광범위한 채택이었습니다. 두 번째 이정표는 파이프, 드럼, 필름 롤, 성형 하우징과 같은 벌크 사후 소비 및 산업 스크랩을 위해 저속 고토크 파쇄기가 등장한 것이었습니다. 세 번째 개발은 특히 PET, HDPE 및 혼합 경질 재활용 시스템에서 파쇄, 과립화, 세척, 탈수 및 때로는 분쇄를 결합한 단계적 라인의 사용이었습니다.
