معدات تقليل الحجم (محببات، كسارات، ممزقات)

مقدمة

تشير معدات تقليل الحجم في معالجة البلاستيك إلى الآلات التي تكسر ميكانيكيًا الخردة والمنتجات غير المطابقة للمواصفات والمواد الخام البوليمرية الضخمة إلى جسيمات أصغر وأكثر قابلية للإدارة لإعادة الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو التكثيف أو إعادة المعالجة اللاحقة. في صناعة البلاستيك، تشمل العائلات الرئيسية للآلات المقطعات، والمكسرات (تُسمى غالبًا الكسارات في بعض مفردات المصانع)، والمطاحن للتطبيقات الأدق؛ وعادةً ما تُرتب في أنظمة مرحلية بحيث يحدث التقليل الخشن وإنتاج الرقائق المتجانسة والطحن الناعم بالتسلسل.

يتمثل التمييز بين هذه الآلات بشكل أساسي في الوظيفة: تتعامل المقطعات مع المواد الضخمة أو غير المنتظمة أو الصعبة التغذية بسرعة منخفضة وعزم دوران عالٍ، بينما تنتج المكسرات إعادة الطحن أو الرقائق الأكثر تجانسًا باستخدام القطع عالي السرعة وشاشة التحجيم. تحتل الكسارات موقعًا أوسع إلى حد ما وأحيانًا غامضًا في الاستخدام الصناعي، لكنها في البلاستيك تُستخدم عادةً للخردة الصلبة والأجزاء ذات الجدران السميكة حيث تكون هناك حاجة إلى حجم جسيمات محكوم قبل الغسيل أو إعادة البثق.

هذه المعدات أساسية في إعادة تدوير البلاستيك وإعادة العمل الداخلي وتقليل النفايات، ويعكس تصميمها بشكل متزايد أولويات مثل كفاءة الطاقة والتحكم في الغبار والأتمتة ومقاومة التآكل والتوافق مع خطوط معالجة الاقتصاد الدائري. يتشكل التطوير المستقبلي من خلال أنظمة إعادة التدوير ذات الإنتاجية العالية، وتحسين معدن السكاكين والدوارات، والتحكم الأدق في حجم الجسيمات، والتكامل الأوثق مع تقنيات الغسيل والتجفيف والنقل والفرز.
