開放金型鋳造機

オープン金型用鋳造機とは、充填段階で金型が開いたままの状態で材料を計量、注入、または供給するために使用される機械および自動化システムであり、鋳造前に完全に密閉されないものです。プラスチック加工では、この用語は主にポリウレタン、エポキシ、シリコーン、樹脂、発泡体および関連配合のためのオープンキャスティング装置を指します。鋳造所の実践では、重力鋳造、永久金型鋳造、低圧鋳造、および充填中に金型キャビティを露出させるかオープン-top金型配置を使用する連続鋳造システムにも密接に関連するオープン金型概念が現れます。

オープン金型鋳造は、手動ベンチキャスティングと完全に密閉されたクローズド金型プロセスの中間に位置する重要なニッチを占めています。低〜中量生産、大型部品対応、比較的シンプルなツーリング、および計量、混合、脱気装置と組み合わせた場合の空気感受性配合の処理能力で評価されます。一方で、明確な限界もあります。オープン露出により汚染、気泡の混入、排出のリスクが増大するため、現代のシステムでは再現性と作業者安全を向上させるために真空支援、自動分注、温度制御、ロボットハンドリングをますます取り入れています。

歴史的に、オープン金型は最も古い鋳造概念の1つですが、工業化により自動注湯、再利用可能な金型材料、クローズドループプロセス制御を通じてプロセスが変革されました。プラスチックおよびエラストマーでは、制御された条件下で樹脂を混合、脱気、分注する真空鋳造機の統合が主要な発展でした。金属では、自動重力および永久金型鋳造システム、ならびにビレット、インゴット、連続鋳造のための特殊オープン金型配置を通じて進歩がもたらされました。現在のトレンドは、プロトタイプ部品、短納期生産、大型構造部品にオープン金型が使用される場合に特に、高い自動化、より良いエネルギー効率、厳格な品質管理に向かっています。

歴史と発展

オープンキャスティングは、液体材料をキャビティ成形された金型に注ぎ、空気中で硬化または固化させる手動プロセスとして始まりました。初期の使用は金属鋳造で広く行われ、シンプルな形状にはオープン-top金型と重力充填が実用的であり、職人による樹脂およびワックスキャスティングでは、視覚検査とアクセシビリティがスループットよりも重要でした。

現代のプラスチック製造における主要なマイルストーンは、ポリウレタンおよび類似システムのための真空鋳造の採用でした。脱気、計量混合、制御されたチャンバー加圧を組み合わせることで、これらの機械は気泡形成を低減し仕上げ品質を向上させ、オープンキャスティングをプロトタイピングおよび短納期機能部品により適したものにしました。

もう1つの重要な発展は、オープンおよびセミオープン金属鋳造システムの自動化でした。鋳造所およびアルミニウム鋳造では、機械メーカーはサイクルタイムを安定させ、作業者の溶融材料への露出を減らすために油圧クランプ、傾斜、自動金型開閉、ロボット抽出を導入しました。一部の現代システムでは、凝固工程の一部を非生産時間にシフトさせることでサイクルタイムを短縮するオープン形式の投薬概念を使用し、オープン金型原理を根本的に変更せずに生産性を向上させています。
