مقدمة

آلات الصب للقوالب المفتوحة هي آلات وأنظمة آلية تستخدم لقياس أو صب أو تغذية المواد في قوالب تبقى مفتوحة في مرحلة التعبئة، بدلاً من إغلاقها بالكامل قبل الصب. في معالجة البلاستيك، يشير المصطلح غالباً إلى معدات الصب المفتوح لـ polyurethane، epoxy، السيليكون، الراتنج، الرغوة، والتركيبات ذات الصلة؛ وفي ممارسة المسابك، تظهر مفاهيم القوالب المفتوحة المرتبطة ارتباطاً وثيقاً أيضاً في أنظمة الصب بالجاذبية، والصب بالقالب الدائم، والصب منخفض الضغط، والصب المستمر التي تعرض تجويف القالب أثناء التعبئة أو تستخدم ترتيبات قوالب مفتوحة من الأعلى.

التاريخ والتطوير

بدأ الصب المفتوح كعملية يدوية يُصب فيها المادة السائلة في قالب على شكل تجويف ويُترك ليتصلب أو يتصلب في الهواء. كان الاستخدام المبكر واسع الانتشار في صب المعادن، حيث كانت القوالب المفتوحة من الأعلى والتعبئة بالجاذبية عملية للأشكال البسيطة، وفي صب الراتنج والشمع الحرفي wax، حيث كان الفحص البصري وسهولة الوصول أكثر أهمية من الإنتاجية.

كان أحد المعالم الرئيسية في تصنيع البلاستيك الحديث هو اعتماد الصب بالفراغ لـ polyurethane والأنظمة المماثلة. من خلال الجمع بين إزالة الغازات والخلط المقنن والضغط المحكوم في الحجرة، قللت هذه الآلات من تكون الفقاعات وحسنت جودة التشطيب، مما جعل الصب المفتوح أكثر ملاءمة للنماذج الأولية والأجزاء الوظيفية قصيرة المدى.

تطور مهم آخر كان أتمتة أنظمة صب المعادن المفتوحة وشبه المفتوحة. في المسابك وصب الألومنيوم، قدم مصنعو الآلات التثبيت الهيدروليكي والإمالة وفتح القالب الآلي والاستخراج الروبوتي لتثبيت زمن الدورة وتقليل تعرض العامل للمواد المنصهرة. تستخدم بعض الأنظمة الحديثة حتى مفاهيم الجرعات ذات الشكل المفتوح لتقصير زمن الدورة عن طريق نقل جزء من خطوة التصلب إلى الوقت غير المنتج، مما يرفع الإنتاجية دون تغيير مبدأ القالب المفتوح fundamentally.
