簡介
泡沫、反應性或強化樹脂機械 指用於計量、混合、含浸、成形、固化及後處理聚合物系統的工業設備，這些系統可膨脹成泡沫或反應成結構複合材料與強化塑膠零件。該類別涵蓋 polyurethane、epoxy、酚醛、矽酮、聚酯、vinyl ester 及其他多成分系統，以及纖維強化塑膠 (FRP/GRP)、預浸料、拉擠、樹脂轉注成形、噴塗及連續層壓生產線。
實際上，此區塊涵蓋三個重疊的機器系列：泡沫加工系統（適用於軟質、硬質及噴塗泡沫）；reactive resin machinery（用於熱固性或反應性聚合物的澆注、傾倒、噴塗、射出及模塑）；以及強化樹脂設備（用於玻璃、碳、芳綸或礦物強化複合材料生產）。該技術是絕緣、汽車座椅、夾心板、模塑複合材料、管材、型材及結構補強的核心，同時也面臨透過更好劑量控制、自動化及無廢料生產概念來降低能耗、材料浪費及排放的強大壓力。
歷史與發展
早期泡沫及反應性樹脂機械伴隨 polyurethane、聚酯及 epoxy 化學品的商業化發展而出現，當時製造商需要可靠方式來控制高度敏感的混合比例、溫度及固化行為。隨著樹脂系統變得更複雜，機械從簡單的手動噴塗及傾倒設備演進為整合式計量、混合及固化生產線，以實現可重複的工業生產。
關鍵發展里程碑包括：
- 計量混合分配 設備在聚氨酯及其他反應性液體上的普及，使模塑泡沫、澆注及噴塗應用中一致的比例控制及更高產能成為可能。
- 連續泡沫塊及面板生產線 的商業化，尤其是雙帶及塊狀泡沫系統，使大型軟質及硬質泡沫的絕緣及緩衝用途得以大量生產。
- 複合材料生產線（如拉擠、預浸料含浸及 RTM/真空輔助系統）的成熟，將強化塑膠擴展至需要更高纖維體積及更嚴格尺寸控制的結構應用。
近期，製造商聚焦於數位劑量、自動配方處理、泡沫成核的精密氣體劑量，以及旨在降低廢料並提升重現性的廢料減少系統。

此機械由於需要管理快速化學反應、嚴格比例公差及高度溫度敏感配方而被定義。核心工程任務是在正確比例、壓力及溫度下輸送材料，同時防止過早反應、相分離或不良泡孔/纖維結構。
核心機器功能
- 計量與劑量： 泵浦或缸筒以受控比例精度輸送各成分，適用於異氰酸酯/多元醇系統、epoxy hardeners、酚醛混合物或樹脂/纖維組合。
- 混合： 高壓撞擊或低壓機械混合在排出前產生均勻反應性混合物。
- 泡沫生成： 受控氣體釋放、發泡劑活化或化學發泡在軟質、硬質或噴塗泡沫產品中產生最終泡孔結構。
- 含浸與成形： 纖維墊、粗紗、織物或連續強化材以樹脂飽和，然後成形、固化或拉擠成型材及板材。
- 固化與下游處理： 加熱模具、烤箱、雙帶、拉引機、鋸台、修整站及輸送帶穩定幾何形狀並完成零件。

- 高壓發泡機 適用於需要快速、可重現混合的場合，尤其是 polyurethane 噴塗泡沫及模塑零件。
- 低壓系統 用於維護較簡單、投資較低或化學性較寬容的場合，例如某些原位發泡及 elastomers。
- 雙帶 presses 對連續夾心板及泡沫芯層壓板至關重要，因為它們在單一連續線中結合輸送、壓力、熱量及固化。
- 拉擠機 透過加熱模具維持受控拉引速度，以產生纖維排列及樹脂含量一致的等截面型材。
- FRP 纏繞及預浸料機械 強調纖維放置精度、含浸均勻性及受控樹脂含量，適用於壓力容器、管材、膠帶及航太導向層壓板。
