हॉल-ऑफ यूनिट

परिचय

एक haul-off unit प्लास्टिक एक्सट्रूजन लाइन में एक डाउनस्ट्रीम मशीन है जो डाई और कूलिंग सेक्शन से निकलने के बाद एक्सट्रूडेट की गति को पकड़ती, खींचती और सटीक रूप से सिंक्रोनाइज़ करती है। इसका प्राथमिक कार्य लाइन की गति और तनाव को नियंत्रित करना है ताकि पाइप, प्रोफाइल, ट्यूब, केबल, फिल्म या समान निरंतर उत्पाद आयामी सहनशीलता के भीतर रहें और स्थिर सतह फिनिश बनाए रखें।

औद्योगिक प्लास्टिक प्रसंस्करण में, haul-off unit को अक्सर puller या tractor कहा जाता है, और यह उत्पाद की ज्यामिति, सतह संवेदनशीलता और आवश्यक खींचने वाले बल के आधार पर बेल्ट, कैटरपिलर ट्रैक या रोलर-आधारित ट्रैक्शन का उपयोग कर सकता है। पाइप एक्सट्रूजन, प्रोफाइल एक्सट्रूजन, केबल कोटिंग और चयनित फिल्म या शीट लाइनों में समान मूल सिद्धांत का उपयोग किया जाता है, लेकिन यांत्रिक डिज़ाइन अनुप्रयोग के अनुसार काफी भिन्न होता है।

हालाँकि मशीन यांत्रिक रूप से एक्सट्रूडर की तुलना में कम जटिल है, इसका उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता पर बड़ा प्रभाव पड़ता है क्योंकि गति बेमेल दीवार की मोटाई, ड्रा-डाउन अनुपात, सीधापन और ओवलिटी को बदल सकता है। आधुनिक सिस्टम तेजी से सर्वो ड्राइव, क्लोज्ड-लूप स्पीड कंट्रोल, एडजस्टेबल क्लैम्पिंग प्रेशर और साइज-चेंज मैकेनिज्म का उपयोग करते हैं ताकि स्लिपेज को कम किया जा सके, repeatability में सुधार हो और चेंजओवर समय कम हो।

प्रक्रिया के दृष्टिकोण से, haul-off units mechanical handling, process control और dimensional accuracy के प्रतिच्छेदन पर स्थित हैं। उनकी महत्ता बढ़ रही है क्योंकि प्रोसेसर उच्च लाइन गति, अधिक frequent उत्पाद परिवर्तन, tighter tolerances और बेहतर ऊर्जा दक्षता का पीछा करते हैं, विशेष रूप से पाइप और प्रोफाइल एक्सट्रूजन में जहां डाउनस्ट्रीम स्थिरता सीधे throughput और scrap rates को प्रभावित करती है।

प्रारंभिक एक्सट्रूजन लाइनें अपेक्षाकृत सरल यांत्रिक pullers पर निर्भर थीं जो ट्रैक्शन प्रदान करती थीं लेकिन सीमित गति सटीकता और विभिन्न उत्पाद आकारों के लिए खराब अनुकूलनशीलता थी। जैसे-जैसे एक्सट्रूजन आउटपुट बढ़ा और tolerances कड़े हुए, haul-off एक बुनियादी pulling device से लाइन में एक सिंक्रोनाइज़्ड कंट्रोल तत्व में विकसित हुआ।

एक और मील का पत्थर servo-driven और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से सिंक्रोनाइज़्ड ड्राइव को अपनाना था। समकालीन सिस्टम बेल्ट की गति और pulling force को एक्सट्रूडर आउटपुट के साथ अधिक सटीक रूप से समन्वयित कर सकते हैं, जिससे आयामी स्थिरता में सुधार होता है और विभिन्न diameters या profile sections के लिए तेज चेंजओवर संभव होता है।

एक haul-off unit में आमतौर पर एक rigid frame, traction belts या tracks, drive motors, pressure-adjustment mechanisms, guiding elements और control system शामिल होता है जो लाइन स्पीड सेटपॉइंट से जुड़ा होता है। उत्पाद आमतौर पर कूलिंग और साइजिंग के बाद supported और gripped किया जाता है, फिर cutters, saws, coilers, embossing units या winding stations जैसे डाउनस्ट्रीम उपकरणों की ओर नियंत्रित दर से खींचा जाता है।
