소개
파이프 벨링 및 소켓팅 머신은 열가소성 플라스틱 파이프의 끝을 확대하여 벨/소켓을 형성하는 다운스트림 플라스틱 가공 기계로, 한 파이프를 다른 파이프에 푸시-핏 조립, 고무 링 실링 또는 용제-시멘트 본딩으로 연결할 수 있게 합니다. 주로 PVC에 사용되지만 PP, PE, CPVC 및 특수 구조벽 파이프에도 적용되며, 수동 및 반자동 장치부터 완전 자동 인라인 시스템까지 다양한 기계 구성이 있습니다.

몇 가지 실질적인 이정표가 기술의 산업화를 정의했습니다:
- 열성형 기반 소켓 생성은 경질 열가소성 파이프의 지배적인 방법이 되었으며, 오븐 또는 heaters와 성형 맨드릴 및 냉각 스테이션을 사용하여 반복 가능한 소켓을 생산합니다.
- 인라인 벨링은 파이프 압출 라인에 직접 연결하도록 개발되어, 생산 직후 절단된 파이프 길이를 소켓팅하여 핸들링 및 보관 단계를 줄였습니다.
- 다중 스테이션 및 로터리 시스템은 가열, 성형, 냉각 및 언로딩을 중첩하여 처리량을 개선했으며, 일부 기계는 사이클당 여러 파이프를 소켓팅하거나 더 높은 출력을 위해 인덱싱된 로터리 레이아웃을 사용합니다.

기술 개요
파이프 벨링 머신은 열가소성 파이프에 제어된 엔드-포밍을 수행합니다. 이 기계는 일반적으로 파이프 공급 및 클램핑, 가열, 소켓 성형 tooling, 냉각 및 배출 또는 이송 스테이션을 포함합니다.
작동 원리
파이프 끝은 플라스틱 상태에 도달할 때까지 열에 의해 연화된 다음, 성형 맨드릴 또는 캐비티에 대해 기계적 및/또는 공압적으로 확장됩니다. 소켓 프로파일이 달성된 후, 부품은 치수를 안정화하고 홈 지오메트리 또는 벨 길이를 보존하기 위해 냉각됩니다.

- 사이클 타임: 파이프 직경, 벽 두께, 재료 및 자동화 수준에 따라 약 15–180초 per pipe.
- 출력 속도: 발표된 기계 범위에서 약 20 ~ 400+ pipes/hour.
- PVC 가열 범위: 소켓 형성을 위해 일반적으로 약 120–140 °C, 배합 및 벽 두께에 따라 공정 창 조정.
- 냉각 시간: 사이클 타임을 단축하기 위해 종종 물 냉각이 사용되며, 일부 발표된 범위는 일부 PVC 응용 분야에서 냉각 단계에 대해 약 15–30초를 인용.
- 원심 탈수 후 잔여 수분: 관련 다운스트림 파이프 및 recycling equipment에서 원심 탈수는 일반적으로 재료를 낮은 한 자리 수분 수준으로 남깁니다. 스프레이 또는 순환 냉각을 사용하는 소켓팅 라인의 경우, 실질적인 목표는 최종 건조가 아닌 빠른 표면 안정화이므로 잔여 수분은 일반적으로 고정된 보편적 값이 아닌 공정 제어에 의해 관리됩니다.
- 비에너지 소비: 기계별 수치는 직경 및 가열 기술에 따라 크게 다릅니다. 실제로 에너지 사용은 주로 성형력보다는 가열 부하, 냉각 방법 및 스테이션 수에 의해 결정됩니다.
