पार्ट्स और कम्पोनेंट्स

परिचय

प्लास्टिक प्रसंस्करण में, पार्ट्स और कंपोनेंट्स मशीन, ऑटोमेशन सेल या सहायक प्रणाली बनाने वाली व्यक्तिगत वस्तुओं, सबअसेंबलियों और कार्यात्मक मॉड्यूलों को संदर्भित करते हैं। व्यवहार में, शब्द का व्यापक रूप से उपयोग किया जाता है और कभी-कभी परस्पर विनिमय योग्य रूप से, लेकिन एक उपयोगी इंजीनियरिंग भेद यह है कि पार्ट्स निर्माण या मरम्मत में उपयोग किए जाने वाले छोटे भौतिक तत्व हैं, जबकि कंपोनेंट्स कार्यात्मक इकाइयाँ हैं जो मशीन के संचालन में योगदान देती हैं। प्लास्टिक मशीनरी क्षेत्र में, यह श्रेणी मौलिक है क्योंकि मशीन प्रदर्शन, अपटाइम, सुरक्षा और उत्पाद गुणवत्ता इन घटक तत्वों की विश्वसनीयता और विनिर्देशन पर बहुत अधिक निर्भर करती है।

• कंपोनेंट इंजीनियरिंग और संरचित बिल-ऑफ-मटेरियल्स प्रबंधन को अपनाने से उत्पाद लाइनों में योग्य पार्ट्स की योग्यता, ट्रेसेबिलिटी और पुन: उपयोग में सुधार हुआ।

हाल के दशकों में, उद्योग डिजिटल रूप से नेटवर्क वाले कंपोनेंट्स, कंडीशन मॉनिटरिंग और रिमोट डायग्नोस्टिक्स की ओर बढ़ा है। इससे एक यांत्रिक पार्ट और एक बुद्धिमान कंपोनेंट के बीच का भेद कम कठोर हो गया है, क्योंकि आधुनिक sensors, inverters, और कंट्रोल मॉड्यूल अक्सर मशीन संरचना का समर्थन करने के बजाय सीधा परिचालन भूमिका निभाते हैं।
