مقدمة

مطاحن البكرتين الثنائية هي آلات خلط مفتوحة تستخدم بكرتين أفقيتين متقابلتين تدوران بسرعات مختلفة لخلط ومضغ وقص وتوريق المطاط، والمرونات، وبعض اللدائن الحرارية المختارة، ومركبات البوليمر ذات الصلة. في معالجة البلاستيك، تكون مهمة بشكل خاص في الخلط المختبري، وتشتت الأصباغ، وصياغة PVC وEVA، وتحضير الألواح، وأعمال تطوير الدفعات الصغيرة، بينما تظل في معالجة المطاط أداة كلاسيكية للمضغ وإضافة المواد ومراقبة الجودة.

تكمن القيمة الأساسية لمطحنة البكرتين الثنائية في مزيجها من الضغط والقص وإعادة التدوير اليدوي أو شبه الآلي بالطي والقطع، مما يمنح المشغلين تحكمًا مباشرًا في التشتت وتاريخ درجة الحرارة وسمك اللوح. على الرغم من أن الآلة بسيطة تقنيًا مقارنة بالخلاطات الداخلية الحديثة والطاردات ثنائية اللولب، إلا أنها لا تزال مستخدمة على نطاق واسع لأنها متعددة الاستخدامات وشفافة في التشغيل وفعالة لفحص الصيغ وتطوير العمليات.
