導入
発泡、反応性または強化樹脂用の機械 は、発泡してフォームになるか、反応して構造用複合材や強化プラスチック部品になるポリマーシステムを計量、混合、含浸、成形、硬化、後処理するために使用される産業用機器を指します。このカテゴリには、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、フェノール、シリコーン、ポリエステル、ビニルエステル、その他の多成分システム、および繊維強化プラスチック（FRP/GRP）、プリプレグ、プルトルージョン、樹脂トランスファー成形、スプレーアップ、連続ラミネーション用のラインが含まれます。
実用的には、このセグメントは3つの重複する機械ファミリーをカバーします。柔軟性、硬質、スプレーフォーム用のフォーム処理システム、熱硬化性または反応性ポリマーの鋳造、注入、スプレー、射出、成形用の<reactive resin machinery>反応性樹脂機械</reactive resin machinery>、およびガラス、カーボン、アラミド、または鉱物強化材を使用した複合材を製造するための強化樹脂機器です。この技術は断熱、自動車シート、サンドイッチパネル、成形複合材、パイプ、プロファイル、構造補強に不可欠であり、エネルギー使用、材料廃棄物、排出を削減するためのより良い投与制御、自動化、無駄のない生産概念に対する強い圧力にも直面しています。
歴史と発展
初期の発泡および反応性樹脂機械は、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、エポキシ化学の商業的開発に伴い登場し、製造業者は高度に敏感な混合比率、温度、硬化挙動を制御する信頼性の高い方法を必要としました。樹脂システムがより複雑になるにつれ、機械は単純な手動スプレーおよび注入装置から、反復可能な工業生産のための統合計量、混合、硬化ラインへと進化しました。
主な開発のマイルストーンには以下が含まれます：
- ポリウレタンおよびその他の反応性液体用のメーターミックスディスペンス装置の普及。これにより、成形フォーム、キャスティング、スプレー用途で一貫した比率制御と高いスループットが可能になりました。
- 連続フォームブロックおよびパネルライン（特にダブルベルトおよびスラブストックシステム）の商業化。これにより、断熱およびクッション用の柔軟および硬質フォームの大規模生産が可能になりました。
- プルトルージョン、プリプレグ含浸、RTM/真空支援システムなどの複合材生産ラインの成熟。これにより、繊維体積が高く寸法制御が厳密な構造用途に強化プラスチックが拡大しました。
最近では、製造業者はデジタル投与、自動レシピ処理、フォーム核形成のための精密ガス投与、およびスクラップ低減と再現性向上のための廃棄物削減システムに焦点を当てています。

この機械は高速化学反応、厳密な比率許容差、高度に温度感受性の高い配合を管理する必要性によって定義されます。必須のエンジニアリングタスクは、 premature反応、相分離、または不良なセル/繊維構造を防ぎながら、正しい割合、圧力、温度で材料を供給することです。
コアマシン機能
- 計量と投与： ポンプまたはシリンダーが、イソシアネート/ポリオールシステム、エポキシ 硬化剤、フェノールブレンド、または樹脂/繊維組み合わせに対して制御された比率精度で各成分を供給します。
- 混合： 高圧衝突または低圧機械混合により、吐出前に均一な反応性ブレンドを生成します。
- フォーム生成： 制御されたガス放出、発泡剤活性化、または化学発泡により、柔軟、硬質、またはスプレーフォーム製品の最終セル構造を作成します。
- 含浸と成形： 繊維マット、ロービング、ファブリック、または連続強化材を樹脂で飽和させ、その後成形、硬化、またはプルトルージョンしてプロファイルとシートにします。
- 硬化と下流処理： 加熱金型、オーブン、ダブルベルト、プーラー、ソー、トリミングステーション、コンベアが形状を安定させ部品を仕上げます。
