مقدمة

آلات الرغوة أو الراتنجات التفاعلية أو المقواة تشير إلى المعدات الصناعية المستخدمة في قياس وخلط وتشريب وتشكيل ومعالجة ومعالجة لاحقة لأنظمة البوليمرات التي إما تتمدد إلى رغاوي أو تتفاعل إلى مركبات هيكلية وأجزاء بلاستيكية مقواة. تشمل الفئة البولي يوريثان، الإيبوكسي، الفينوليك، السيليكون، البوليستر، إستر الفينيل، وأنظمة متعددة المكونات الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى خطوط البلاستيك المقوى بالألياف (FRP/GRP)، والبريبريغ، والبولتروجن، وقولبة نقل الراتنج، والرش، والتصفيح المستمر.

من الناحية العملية، يغطي القطاع ثلاث عائلات آلات متداخلة: أنظمة معالجة الرغوة للرغاوي المرنة والصلبة ورغاوي الرش؛ آلات الراتنج التفاعلي للصب والسكب والرش والحقن والقولبة للبوليمرات الحرارية أو التفاعلية؛ ومعدات الراتنج المقوى لإنتاج المركبات مع تعزيزات زجاجية أو كربونية أو أراميدية أو معدنية. تعد التقنية أساسية للعزل، ومقاعد السيارات، والألواح الساندويتش، والمركبات المقولبة، والأنابيب، والمقاطع، والتعزيز الهيكلي، بينما تواجه أيضًا ضغطًا قويًا لتقليل استهلاك الطاقة وهدر المواد والانبعاثات من خلال تحسين التحكم في الجرعات والأتمتة ومفاهيم الإنتاج الخالي من الهدر.

التاريخ والتطوير

ظهرت آلات الرغوة والراتنج التفاعلي المبكرة جنبًا إلى جنب مع التطوير التجاري لكيمياء البولي يوريثان والبوليستر والإيبوكسي، عندما احتاج المصنعون إلى طرق موثوقة للتحكم في نسب الخلط الحساسة للغاية ودرجة الحرارة وسلوك المعالجة. مع ازدياد تعقيد أنظمة الراتنج، تطورت الآلات من معدات الرش والسكب اليدوية البسيطة إلى خطوط قياس وخلط ومعالجة متكاملة للإنتاج الصناعي المتكرر.

تشمل المعالم الرئيسية للتطوير:

• انتشار معدات قياس-خلط-توزيع للبولي يوريثان والسوائل التفاعلية الأخرى، مما جعل التحكم المتسق في النسب والإنتاجية الأعلى ممكنًا في تطبيقات الرغوة المقولبة والصب والرش.
• تسويق خطوط كتل الرغوة والألواح المستمرة، خاصة أنظمة الحزام المزدوج والألواح، مما مكن الإنتاج واسع النطاق للرغاوي المرنة والصلبة للعزل والتوسيد.
• نضج خطوط إنتاج المركبات مثل البولتروجن وتشريب البريبريغ وأنظمة RTM/المساعدة بالفراغ، مما وسع البلاستيك المقوى إلى التطبيقات الهيكلية التي تتطلب حجم ألياف أعلى وتحكمًا أدق في الأبعاد.

في الآونة الأخيرة، ركز المصنعون على الجرعات الرقمية والتعامل الآلي مع الوصفات والجرعات الدقيقة للغاز للتنوية الرغوية وأنظمة تقليل الهدر المصممة لخفض الخردة وتحسين القابلية للتكرار.
