소개
사출 성형기 복합재용은 섬유 강화 열가소성 플라스틱, 열경화성 수지 및 다중 재료 시스템을 포함한 고분자 기반 복합 재료를 높은 반복성과 비교적 짧은 사이클 타임으로 완성 부품으로 성형하는 데 사용되는 특수 프레스입니다. 실제로 이 용어는 충전 및 섬유 강화 컴파운드를 처리하도록 개조된 기존 사출 성형기와 RTM, RIM, HP-RTM, infusion, 사출/압축 성형과 같은 공정에 사용되는 특수 복합재 사출 시스템이라는 두 가지 밀접하게 관련된 장비군을 포괄합니다.
이 기계들은 자동화, 치수 일관성 및 많은 전통적인 복합재 제작 방식보다 적은 후처리로 복합재 부품을 산업 규모로 생산할 수 있게 해주기 때문에 중요합니다. 이들의 개발은 자동차, 전기, 산업 및 소비자 응용 분야에서 경량 구조 부품에 대한 수요와 에너지 효율적인 전기 구동, 다중 재료 처리 및 높은 공정 제어로의 광범위한 전환에 의해 추진되었습니다. 지속 가능성 압력도 이 부문에 영향을 미치고 있습니다. 복합재 성형은 무게 감소와 부품 통합을 스크랩 처리, 섬유 회수 및 최종 사용 재활용성과 같은 과제와 균형을 맞춰야 하기 때문입니다.
역사와 개발
초기 사출 성형 기계는 열가소성 플라스틱용으로 개발되었으나, 산업계가 더 강하고, 더 단단하며, 더 내열성이 높은 성형 부품을 추구하면서 복합재 처리가 확대되었습니다. 시간이 지나면서 여러 이정표가 현재 부문을 형성했습니다:
- 열경화성 및 수지 사출 시스템이 RIM 및 RTM과 같은 반응 성형 경로를 위해 등장하여, 라미네이트를 수작업으로 적층하는 대신 폐쇄형 금형에 반응성 수지를 사출하여 강화 부품을 생산할 수 있게 되었습니다.
- 고압 및 하이브리드 프레스는 사출, 클램핑 및 냉각의 더 정밀한 제어를 가능하게 하여, 대량 생산에서 섬유 강화 열가소성 플라스틱 및 다중 재료 부품의 실현 가능성을 높였습니다.
- 사출/압축 및 오버몰딩 공정은 특히 더 나은 섬유 배향 제어, 낮은 공극 함량 및 향상된 표면 마감이 필요한 구조 부품을 위해 복합재의 사용 가능한 설계 범위를 확대했습니다.
최근 개발은 자동화, 서보 유압 및 전전동 구동, 공정 모니터링에서 특히 강력했으며, 공급업체들은 점점 더 2소재, 샌드위치 및 복합재 오버몰딩 응용을 위해 설계된 기계를 제공하고 있습니다.
