प्लास्टिक दुर्गन्ध नाशक

परिचय

प्लास्टिक डिओडोरेंट्स एक व्यापक, गैर-मानक कीवर्ड है जिसकी सबसे संभावित व्याख्या डिओडोरेंट उत्पादों, डिओडोरेंट पैकेजिंग या डिओडोरेंट फॉर्मूलेशन के रूप में की जा सकती है जिसमें प्लास्टिक एक कार्यात्मक भूमिका निभाते हैं। व्यवहार में, प्लास्टिक डिओडोरेंट्स में पैकेजिंग सामग्री के रूप में और कुछ उत्पादों में पॉलीमेरिक सामग्री के रूप में मोटाई बढ़ाने, फिल्म निर्माण, स्थिरीकरण या संवेदी नियंत्रण के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं। यह विषय व्यक्तिगत देखभाल रसायन विज्ञान, पॉलीमर पैकेजिंग और स्थिरता के चौराहे पर है, क्योंकि डिओडोरेंट्स उच्च मात्रा में बेचे जाते हैं, अक्सर बहु-भाग प्लास्टिक प्रारूपों में जो रिसाइकल करना कठिन होता है, और साथ ही यह एक उपयोगी केस स्टडी के रूप में काम करता है कि कैसे ब्रांड उत्पादों को रिफिलेबिलिटी, रिसाइक्लेबिलिटी और कम सामग्री तीव्रता के लिए पुनः डिज़ाइन कर रहे हैं।

ऐतिहासिक रूप से, डिओडोरेंट्स बड़े पैमाने पर बाजार की सुविधाजनक पैकेजिंग की ओर व्यक्तिगत देखभाल के व्यापक बदलाव का अनुसरण करते थे, जिसमें हार्ड प्लास्टिक स्टिक्स, roll-ऑन्स और एरोसोल सिस्टम स्थायित्व, कम लागत और विनिर्माण दक्षता के लिए प्रमुख हो गए। आज, श्रेणी में पारंपरिक स्टिक डिओडोरेंट्स, roll-ऑन्स, क्रीम, स्प्रे, रिफिल्स और पेपरबोर्ड, धातु, कांच या पुन: प्रयोज्य केस में पैक किए गए प्लास्टिक-मुक्त विकल्प शामिल हैं। इसलिए आधुनिक बाजार पारंपरिक पेट्रोकेमिकल-आधारित प्लास्टिक और उभरते कम-प्लास्टिक या प्लास्टिक-मुक्त डिज़ाइनों दोनों को शामिल करता है, जिसमें स्थिरता बहस रिसाइक्लेबिलिटी, सामग्री मिश्रण, उत्पाद प्रदर्शन और पैकेजिंग और सामग्री के जीवन-चक्र प्रभावों पर केंद्रित है।

रासायनिक संरचना और प्रमुख गुण

डिओडोरेंट क्षेत्र में, प्लास्टिक दो अलग-अलग भूमिकाएँ निभाते हैं। पैकेजिंग में, पॉलीमर जैसे polypropylene, polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, और कभी-कभी बायो-आधारित या रिसाइकल्ड रेजिन ट्यूब, कैप, व्हील, पंप, इंसर्ट और रिफिल घटकों के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं। फॉर्मूलेशन में, एक्रिलेट्स कॉपॉलीमर, PEG डेरिवेटिव, डाइमेथिकोन और संबंधित स्ट्रक्चरिंग एजेंट जैसे पॉलीमेरिक या पॉलीमर-जैसे सामग्री चिपचिपाहट नियंत्रण, स्लिप, फिल्म निर्माण और उत्पाद स्थिरता में योगदान दे सकते हैं।
