रोटेशनल मोल्डिंग मशीनें

परिचय

रोटेशनल मोल्डिंग मशीनें औद्योगिक प्रणालियाँ हैं जिनका उपयोग बड़े, खोखले, निर्बाध प्लास्टिक भागों के निर्माण के लिए किया जाता है। इसमें चार्ज किए गए मोल्ड को ओवन और कूलिंग स्टेज के माध्यम से द्विअक्षीय रूप से घुमाते हुए गर्म किया जाता है। यह प्रक्रिया टैंकों, कंटेनरों, एनक्लोजर, खिलौनों, समुद्री भागों, ट्रैफिक बैरियर और कई अन्य खोखले उत्पादों के कम दबाव उत्पादन के लिए विशेष रूप से उपयुक्त है, जहाँ एकसमान दीवार मोटाई, एकीकृत ज्यामिति और अपेक्षाकृत कम tooling दबाव महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

इंजेक्शन या ब्लो मोल्डिंग के विपरीत, रोटेशनल मोल्डिंग उच्च दबाव के बजाय गुरुत्वाकर्षण-सहायता प्राप्त पाउडर या तरल निक्षेपण पर निर्भर करती है, जिससे मशीनरी यांत्रिक रूप से सरल लेकिन थर्मली गहन हो जाती है। आधुनिक मशीन परिवारों में कैरोसेल, शटल, रॉक-एंड-roll, क्लैमशेल और इंडिपेंडेंट-आर्म सिस्टम शामिल हैं, प्रत्येक विभिन्न भाग आकारों, चक्र लचीलेपन और उत्पादन मात्राओं के लिए अनुकूलित। प्रौद्योगिकी अपेक्षाकृत मैनुअल, सिंगल-स्टेशन उपकरण से प्रोग्राम योग्य घूर्णन अनुपात, तापमान निगरानी, कूलिंग नियंत्रण और डेटा-संचालित चक्र अनुकूलन वाली अत्यधिक स्वचालित मल्टी-आर्म प्रणालियों में विकसित हुई है।

चूँकि प्रक्रिया दबाव-संचालित के बजाय थर्मल है, इसकी स्थिरता प्रोफ़ाइल ओवन दक्षता, इन्सुलेशन गुणवत्ता, चक्र समय, सामग्री उपयोग और स्क्रैप रीप्रोसेसिंग प्रथाओं द्वारा आकारित होती है। हाल के विकास रुझान ऊर्जा कमी, बेहतर ओवन और आर्म नियंत्रण, विकृति के बिना तेज कूलिंग और पुनर्नवीनीकृत पॉलिमर, मल्टीलेयर संरचनाओं और विशेष फॉर्मूलेशन के साथ अधिक संगतता पर जोर देते हैं।
