소개
재활용 공장은 폐기물을 받아 분류하고 세척한 후, 2차 원료 또는 경우에 따라 완성된 신제품으로 재사용할 수 있도록 준비하는 산업 시설입니다. 플라스틱 산업에서는 이 용어가 종종 더 광범위하게 사용되어 자원 회수 시설(MRF), 플라스틱 재처리 업체, 세척·파쇄·압출·펠릿화 또는 화학적 전환을 위한 전문 공장을 포함하며, 이 모든 것은 회수된 재료를 제조로 되돌려 순환 경제를 지원합니다.
플라스틱 가공 관점에서 재활용 공장은 수거와 재제조 사이에 위치하며, 소비 후 또는 산업 후 스트림을 하류 가공업체가 일관되게 처리할 수 있는 사양으로 전환합니다. 현대 시설은 비교적 단순한 분류 센터부터 광학 분류기, 자석, 와전류 분리기, 파쇄기, 세척 라인, 탈수 장비 및 펠릿화기를 갖춘 고도로 자동화된 공장에 이르기까지 다양합니다. 이들의 기술적 진화는 폐기물 스트림의 높은 오염 수준, 재활용 수지의 엄격한 품질 요구사항, 재활용 수지 수요 증가, 매립지 및 virgin 재료 의존도 감소 압력에 의해 촉진되었습니다.
이 부문에는 이제 단일 스트림, 이중 스트림, 혼합 폐기물 MRF와 같은 다양한 공급원료를 위한 다양한 공장 유형과 PET, HDPE, 필름, 경질 포장 및 산업 스크랩을 위한 전용 플라스틱 재활용 공장이 포함됩니다. 지속 가능성 성과는 매립지 전환뿐만 아니라 에너지 소비, 물 사용, 잔여물 비율, 폐쇄 루프 응용에 적합한 고순도 출력을 생산할 수 있는 능력으로 점점 더 판단됩니다. 앞으로 가장 중요한 추세는 자동화 증가, 보다 정교한 센서 기반 분류, 더 긴밀한 추적성, 기계적 및 화학적 재활용 경로의 광범위한 통합입니다.
역사와 발전
재활용 공장은 폐기물 관리 시스템이 기본 수거 및 수동 분류에서 산업 규모의 자원 회수 작업으로 발전하면서 개발되었습니다. 초기 시설은 주로 종이, 금속, 유리를 재판매를 위해 분리하는 데 중점을 두었으며, 현대 공장은 복잡한 혼합 폐기물 스트림과 다양한 폴리머 화학, 첨가제, 라벨, 잉크 및 다층 구조를 가진 플라스틱을 점점 더 처리합니다.
재활용 공장 개발의 주요 이정표는 다음과 같습니다:
- 자원 회수 시설의 부상은 재활용품을 추가 재처리 전에 시장성 있는 분획으로 분리하는 전문 분류 허브입니다.
- 자석, 진동 스크린, 공기 분리기, 와전류 분리기와 같은 기계적 분리 기술의 도입으로 철금속, 알루미늄 및 경질 분획의 회수가 개선되었습니다.
- 근적외선 및 관련 센서 기술을 사용하는 광학 분류 시스템의 보급으로 플라스틱 폴리머를 스펙트럼 응답으로 구별하여 더 깨끗한 PET, HDPE, PP 및 혼합 플라스틱 스트림을 가능하게 했습니다.
플라스틱 재활용에서 특히 산업은 단순한 베일-재판매 모델에서 압출, 사출 성형, 필름 또는 시트 생산에 직접 사용할 수 있는 플레이크 및 펠릿 등급을 생산할 수 있는 통합 세척 및 펠릿화 공장으로 이동했습니다. 최근 개발은 처리량을 개선하고 먼지, 오염, 반복 작업에 대한 인간 노출을 줄이기 위해 자동화, 데이터 로깅 및 로봇 분류를 강조했습니다.
