रीसाइक्लिंग संयंत्र

परिचय

इतिहास और विकास

रीसाइक्लिंग प्लांट विकसित हुए क्योंकि अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन प्रणालियां बुनियादी संग्रह और मैनुअल छंटाई से औद्योगिक-स्तरीय सामग्री पुनर्प्राप्ति संचालन में विकसित हुईं। प्रारंभिक सुविधाएं मुख्य रूप से कागज, धातु और कांच को पुनर्विक्रय के लिए अलग करने पर केंद्रित थीं, जबकि आधुनिक प्लांट तेजी से जटिल मिश्रित अपशिष्ट धाराओं और प्लास्टिक को अलग-अलग पॉलिमर रसायन विज्ञान, additives, लेबल, स्याही और मल्टीलेयर संरचनाओं के साथ संभालते हैं।

प्लास्टिक रीसाइक्लिंग में विशेष रूप से, उद्योग सरल बेल-एंड-रीसेल मॉडल से एकीकृत वॉशिंग और पेलेटाइज़िंग प्लांट की ओर बढ़ा जो एक्सट्रूज़न, इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग और फिल्म या शीट उत्पादन में सीधे उपयोग के लिए फ्लेक और पेलेट ग्रेड का उत्पादन करने में सक्षम हैं। अधिक हालिया विकास ने थ्रूपुट में सुधार और धूल, संदूषण और दोहराव वाले कार्यों के लिए मानव संपर्क को कम करने के लिए स्वचालन, डेटा लॉगिंग और रोबोटिक छंटाई पर जोर दिया है।
